We feel accountable from their first day till the last how our Consultants perform and whether they are able to meet the expectations and impact necessary. This is why we are in constant touch for coaching sessions with our Consultants and keep regular meetings with the Customer to assess the situation and their work.

We understand our Clients demand flexibility in terms of termination conditions, notice period and payment terms. We have to adapt to our Clients and not the other way around.
